Copyright and Content Complaints

Last updated August 15, 2026

OnSetPilot respects intellectual-property rights. This page explains how a copyright owner, an authorized representative, or an affected ScriptSync user can send a copyright complaint or counter-notice.

Copyright complaints

Send copyright complaints to privacy@onsetpilot.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint." A complete notice should include:

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create liability. OnSetPilot may request missing information before acting and may share a valid notice with the affected user.

Counter-notices

If OnSetPilot tells you that material was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, email privacy@onsetpilot.com with the subject line "Copyright Counter-Notice." Include:

We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Where United States law applies, access may be restored after the statutory waiting period unless we receive notice of a court action.

Repeat infringement

OnSetPilot may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also remove or disable access to material when required by law, a court order, or our Terms of Service.

Designated-agent status

Copyright intake is currently handled by OnSetPilot LLC in Seattle, Washington, United States, through the email address above. OnSetPilot will publish any additional designated-agent contact details here after its United States Copyright Office designation is completed. Until then, this page is a complaint intake route and does not represent that the federal designation is complete.
